- Altum Accompaniment Therapy is our flagship innovation: a daily, voice-based therapy delivered through asynchronous telehealth, woven into the rhythm of real life.

- Altum Therapy offers traditional fortnightly or monthly telehealth psychotherapy. Both are professionally delivered, evidence-informed, and grounded in a Christian understanding of the human person.

Altum Therapy is rebatable under Medicare with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. For NDIS participants, accompaniment therapy can be supported in some cases where it aligns with plan goals. We can talk you through the right fit in a free initial consultation.
